The company was founded by Letha van der Merwe, who plays an enormous part in the company’s daily activities by making sure that business operations run smoothly, and by sharing her vast experience and financial background with the team and our clients. Johannie Truter, who joined the company in 2018, became part of the management team in March 2022.
